FREE shipping to UK addresses on orders of £200+ are delivered by 48hr tracked service.  Royal Mail delivery is currently 2-3 working days.

For UK orders less than £200, Royal Mail tracked delivery is £4

International delivery may incur import fees, most likely in Europe following Brexit.  These are the Customer’s responsibility to fulfil.

Returns

We do not accept returns on sale items.

We always strive to provide the highest quality items and have a thorough quality checking system in place before they are wrapped.  We are sincerely sorry if you are unhappy with a product.  Please get in touch with any issues you may have within 14 days of receipt.

All claims on a fault must be received within 48hrs of receipt.  No credit or refund will be issued for products ordered in error or if the goods are incorrectly stored or handled by the Customer.  Return costs due to a fault by GiGi Beach will be paid for by GiGi Beach.  Returns due to a customer preference or an order mistake must be paid for by the Customer.

Please note:  for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable.

WILL MY ORDER BE WRAPPED?

Kaftan Dress:  Each GiGi Beach Kaftan Dress is beautifully wrapped in it’s own sustainable cotton pouch, covered with acid-free tissue paper and finally in our chic carrier bag

Accessories:  Each GiGi Beach item will be wrapped in our acid free tissue paper and placed in our chic sustainable cotton pouches which are perfect to present as a gift.

 

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You do not need to create an account to place an order with us.

But if you create an account, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.

 

DO YOU OFFER A REPAIRS SERVICE?

These pieces are such high quality, so we expect your GiGi Beach garments to last for many years, however if something should go wrong, we are often able to repair items up to a year after purchase.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

If your order is damaged or gets lost during transit, we are able to raise a claim for you against the courier.  Each courier has a different process regarding these matters.
